Our Smokery

Our family run smokery sits at the heart of the farm and provides some tantalising smells all year round. Whether it is fresh, sustainable salmon or our own delicious bacon you can be sure that it is of the highest quality.

We use a number of different woods which have all come from sustainable sources - even the whisky barrels are recycled!

Smoked Salmon

Succulent slices of smoked salmon, smoked over a myriad of woods.  Hand-cured using salt, sugar and a secret blend of herbs and spices.  Presented on a gold board and vacuum packed to seal in taste and freshness. Responsibly sourced and a great source of omega 3.

Delicious with cream cheese and bagels or add it to quiches and past dishes.

Smoked Cod

Skin on smoked cod (Gadus morhua) fillets, Oak and beechwood smoked. Presented on a gold board and vacuum packed to seal in taste and freshness. Responsibly sourced and a great source of omega 3.

Smoked Bacon

Using our own, rare breed pork we wet cure our bacon in a mix of salt, sugar and secret spices which gives it a delicate “herby” taste prior to being smoked over whiskey barrel oak chips. Delicious as part of a traditional breakfast but even more mouth-watering as a “bacon butty”!   


Smoked Chicken

We take fresh, free range chicken breast and delicately smoke it over oak and hickory wood chips.  Smoked to order this chicken is beautifully fresh when it reaches your door.


Delivery

Sent to you in insulated packaging (along with a small ice block) to keep your order fresh we dispatch via Royal Mail First Class postage.  

We only ship Mon-Thus.
